WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Assistant Speaker Katherine Clark (MA-5) announced that Valerie Buvat de Virginy has joined her staff as press assistant.
“I am thrilled to welcome Valerie to Team Clark. As a bilingual Venezuelan-American, her unique perspective on political communications and the issues facing American families will help strengthen our work on behalf of Massachusetts and the entire Democratic Caucus,” said Assistant Speaker Clark. “As we navigate our way out of the pandemic and work to truly address the systemic inequities that hold back women and people of color, House Democrats are delivering solutions that will address both our immediate needs and our nation’s long term challenges, and I’m looking forward to all we can accomplish with our growing office.”
