Tour Requests
Visiting Washington? My office can help you arrange tours of some of the city's most popular and historic destinations. Requests can be submitted up to six months in advance of your visit.
Please note the following information regarding these tours:
U.S. Capitol
You may now self-book a tour of the Capitol directly through the Capitol Visitor Center’s website.
White House
White House tours are typically available Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. If your tour is confirmed by the White House, you will be assigned a specific time. All White House tours are free of charge and booked through a Congressional office. Due to limited availability, we suggest filling out this form as early as possible in order to maximize your chances of receiving a tour slot.
Library of Congress
The Library of Congress requires booked time passes, which you can reserve on their website.
Bureau of Engraving and Printing
Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) tours are typically available Monday through Friday, 8:15am and 8:45am during non-peak season. Afternoon dates are available during peak season (late March-August). BEP tours are not available on weekends or federal holidays. We can only submit a BEP tour request on your behalf at a minimum of 14 business days prior to the tour date(s) and a maximum of 6 months before the tour date(s). During Spring/Summer break, lines form early and tours fill up quickly. As such, please fill out this form as soon as you are able to allow ample time for my office to submit the request.
