“As proven by decades of scientific evidence, the abortion pill is effective and safe.

“With today’s decision by the Supreme Court, this vital medication will remain available to patients. But this baseless case — which brazenly targeted the rights of women and the integrity of our drug approval process — should have never been brought in the first place. 

“Today is a victory for reproductive freedom. Still, our fight is far from over. Donald Trump and his MAGA extremists want to ban abortion nationwide. House Democrats will never back down from our fight to preserve abortion access for every woman in every zip code.”
