“Today’s decision by the Supreme Court provides temporary protection to the Americans in every state and zip code who rely on mifepristone for safe, effective abortion care.

“Our fight is far from over. Despite the American people’s overwhelming support for reproductive freedom, MAGA Republicans have a single, clear, dangerous goal: a nationwide abortion ban. They will stop at nothing in their crusade against our freedom, dignity, and wellbeing. House Democrats stand with the American people, and we will use every lever of power at our disposal to resist the MAGA assault on abortion rights. We will never back down.”
