Congresswoman Katherine Clark recently visited the Advocates Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) made possible by her work. The Center, which is located on Route 9 in Framingham, was renovated and opened thanks to Community Project Funding secured by Clark.
During her October 16 visit, Congresswoman Clark toured the Center and participated in a roundtable discussion of the impact of the CBHC on the local community. Other local elected officials on-hand for the visit included State Representative Kate Donaghue, State Representative Danielle Gregoire, State Representative Jack Patrick Lewis, and State Representative Priscila Sousa. Susan Nicholl, District and Special Projects Director for Senate President Karen Spilka, also attended.
The visit provided an opportunity for Advocates to thank Congresswoman Clark and our local elected officials for their continued support of behavioral healthcare in our region.
