The New England Greater Boston Taiwan Chamber of Commerce recently donated 7,500 masks to the frontline staff in Massachusetts. On behalf of the Middlesex County Attorney Marian Ryan and Representative Katherine Clark who received the masks, they thanked Taiwanese businessmen. It also pointed out that the epidemic situation has risen and the demand for masks has increased. Wearing masks is the best way to prevent epidemics. Sun Jianyuan, director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Boston, who attended the donation ceremony in Oban City, said that after the outbreak, the New England Taiwan Chamber of Commerce donated a total of 50,000 masks in many cities and towns in Massachusetts.
