WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Democratic Whip Katherine Clark (MA-5) announced that Robin Juliano has joined her senior leadership team as Policy Director.  

“Robin is a trusted policy expert and a seasoned public servant. She is passionate about helping families get by and get ahead and was critical to helping House Democrats expand access to affordable child care, health care, and housing,” said Whip Clark. “With Robin’s leadership, our Caucus will beat back the House Republicans’ extreme agenda and continue delivering results for everyday Americans. I am thrilled to welcome Robin back to the House and to Team Clark.” 

Robin served for many years in the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, and White House. She was Staff Director for the House Committee on Appropriations and previously served as Subcommittee Staff Director for the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies, which is responsible for the largest domestic appropriations bill. In addition to working in the House, Robin served as a senior policy advisor for President Obama’s White House National Economic Council as well as a professional staff member on the Senate Committee on Appropriations and the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. She began her career on Capitol Hill working for Senator Barbara A. Mikulski.

Robin received her Master of Arts in education policy and leadership from the University of Maryland and her Bachelor of Arts in history from Brown University. She is a first-generation college graduate.
