WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Assistant Speaker of the House of Representatives Katherine Clark (MA-5) applauded the approval of a resolution to formally recognize Congressional workers' right to unionize. Clark is an original cosponsor of the legislation.

“Staff on Capitol Hill make all of our work possible -- they shouldn’t have to live in poverty in order to do it. As we build an economy that works for everyday families and workers, we can't leave anyone behind. I support the rights of all workers to collectively bargain and that includes Congressional staff.”
