Earlier this afternoon, a group of House Republicans barged into a secure facility on Capitol Hill stalling impeachment testimony from a Pentagon official responsible for Ukraine policy. We discuss with Massachusetts Congresswoman and House Democratic Caucus Vice Chair Katherine Clark.
