October 30, 2020, Revere, MA – On Thursday, October 29, 2020, Congresswoman Katherine Clark, Vice Chair of the U.S. House Democratic Caucus, joined Revere Mayor Brian Arrigo, Healthy Community Initiatives Director Dimple Rana, and community volunteers with Revere on the Move to distribute produce boxes to Revere families.
Congresswoman Clark’s office has worked closely with Mayor Arrigo’s office to identify and address community needs during COVID-19, including food security. Revere on the Move is a partnership between the city of Revere's Healthy Community Initiatives Department and the MGH Revere CARES Coalition. Its mission is to ensure Revere residents have access to nutritious foods and easy, fun ways to stay active to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This pop-up encouraged residents to drive or walk-up for boxes containing meat, produce, and dairy.
